I did not take platform ticket and rushed to station to send someone off. I was held back on my way back and asked for a platform ticket. When I said I did not take, the officer asked me to pay Rs. 150 as a fine. I was NOT given a receipt and I later realized that the fine amount was Rs. 250. The 150 I paid went into the officer's pocket.
