I had waited whole morning in the scorching sun, for the drivers licence test, though I was said that I need to be there by 9:30 AM. All the agents brought in there cars and first their drivers were all cleared only then we were given a chance. Then when my chance came, I believe I had done perfectly fine but the RTO guy said that My indicators were not proper. It is then when an agent came and said that if you go via us you would get the liecence at one go. He explained me how it works and said the total charge would be Rs.2000 of which 1500 would go into RTO's pocket. So simple!!
