Once i was caught for over speed near Hebbal by the cops camping near hebbal flyover,with their white tempo van and mechine.
I was not knowing that over speeding attracts a fine of 100 INR.Like dadas they demanded 600 rupees and finally i settled for 400.00.
its a regular happening in bangalore road whereever those people are camping its happens everyday,evertime.
