Until now I have paid thousands of rupees in bribe to obtain certified order copies for my own matter. Without giving the same copies are not created either in High Court or Family Court. It is such a pain, and dealing with these offices is like a nightmare in Bangalore. I am a victim of this system as even though I firmly disapprove of paying bribe for anything, when it starts affecting matter related to someone as near and dear to you as your own minor child, you have to give in.
