Although I had all the documents, I went trough an agent as I had first hand information that I will not get my job done if I approach the RTO myself. Inspite of paying the bribe, the corrupt inspector made me go to the RTO 2 times as the egent had not paid the full bribe the first time around since I had all the documents. The RTO should be ranked number one in corruption. They not only take bribes, they are totally unproessional. They do not know even how to talk to someone properly, let alone doing their job properly.
