My driver was going from my godown to somwhere in sidcul haridwar than arto haridwar stop him and say for give all paper to check he (driver) gave him all paper after checking all paper arto said i have to challan you bcoz of march coz we have to complete all chhallan book in march. my driver driver said to arto sir i have all valid documents than why u r challing me? than arto said iam making just 100 rs penalty go to my office and pay the pannalty my driver went to arto office said to arto clerk to pay the challan clerk demanded 1000rs than after negotiation wihh my driver he agree at 300rs and my driver paid . my driver pay bribe just b coz of march and i am thinking about out rules and regulation.............
