This story is not my own but my friend's who did pay a bribe and it was sad. The undergraduate degree certificate needs to be attested from an institution in Mysore if anyone plans to go to Saudi Arabia for work. The certificate will be attested and posted to you in a month. If a bribe is paid (figure unknown... its a 4 digit number), the attestation will be sent to you in a week. My friend paid the bribe and still waited for 20 days for the attestation certificate to arrive. So, my friend was cheated on bribe as well. I hope he learns his lesson.
