Cop asked me for Bribe

I had to pay Bribe to Traffic police.
I asked for receipt for amount paid for violating traffic sigle which was by mistake.
Cop asked me fine of Rs. 100 after handing over money when I asked for official receipt cop asked me to handover my driving licence and told that receipt will be sent by courier.

I refused to keep driving licence with police and didnt ask for receipt
