There is a Traffic Police constable located at CMH main road Indiranagar Bangalore opp to ICICI Bank who always holds a booklet of receipt of fine duly signed by the SHO/CI in advance he just pastes/give the fine receipt to those who violates by just entering the number of the vehicle but most of the times he negotiates/bargain by taking back the receipt.
