Cops can be good fielding candidates in World Cup

So i have been watching lately that there are pleanty of places in hubli where Traffic Police is hiding mostly after traffic signals and fielding for violators.
As soon as some body jumps a signal some three cops start fielding and finally no one can escape this.

All they want is 100 bucks.

It would ensure no one would jump signals if they stood at the Signal and not after the Signal.

What an apathy
