Corporator demands money for any construction work to go on smoothly.

We suppose to build a house with all licences and NOC from respective departments. Nagaraju, then corporate Representative from tilaknagar, jayanagar, bangalore demanded 10000Rs for work to go on smoothly. Initial resistance to do so lead some inconvenience in construction and ended in paying the demanded amount. This is very common for every builder in that area.
