CORRUPTED CIVIL SURGONS
My father was a lecturer and expired in July 2007 due to high fever. He was hospitalised for 4 days and a bill was around 1 lack. When we go to submit the claims to the Joint Director of higher education, Jalgaon clerk took 2000 and a party too to just give information for how to process the bills. He asked us to get all the bills certified through Civil Surgon, Jalgaon,Maharashtra. To certify the bills Surgon jas demanded 10% of the bill amount. We tried to convience him about our situation but nothing worked out and finally we paid Rs. 10000 to him and get the bills certified.
