Corruption by PSPCL employees in Sardar Nagar, Ludhiana
The electricity meter was inside the building and PSPCL employees came to take meter outside the building. After removing meter from inside they blackmailed us for 1000 rupees else they will delay the new meter installation process. 4 employees were doing the meter work. I don't know there names. Area was Sardar Nagar, Ludhiana.
