Corruption by Hyderabad traffic police Telangana

I went to Hyderabad to attend a CME workshop.
My cars Registration no was from other state and I had all the valid papers still I was stopped twice once near secretariat and once near Tilak road Abids and I was forced to pay 200 rupees twice by traffic police.
Those police were talking in Telugu and unecessarily took money from myself as we were new to their city and our cars registration plate was of other state.
