I was living in Sector 12 Noida. I had aplied for passport in Ghaziabad. I was a bachelor at that time. When the post man came to Deliver the Passport, I was not at home. I was at work. He infomred the land lord to come and ********** him at head post office Noida. I went to the post office and contacted the post man. He asked me to pay Rs.50. I was not ready to pay. He told me that we will return the passport to passport office and he will not deliver ever. He told as per the rule he has to delivery the passport at the residence address only. If i pay the bride he will manage to deliver at the post office. I paid him even though I was not willing. Everyone andviced me to pay the bride and getride from the trouble.
If a working person dont pay the bride he will not get his passport!!! Goverment should find a solution.
