I am constructing a house in davanagere. i wants to take the building licence. the cost of licence 22000 rs. i told to revenue engineer that i want to pay the Govt fee. but he told that it will take 3 months to get it. Actually our house khatha is not yet transferred from our father name to us after he expired in hospital due to liver problem. the revenue engineer, our area councillor and municipality khatha clerk every body asking the money. and they stopped the construction because of building licence.after that we are not able to fight against them.finally we paid the brible
