Custom officers at numbal cfs taking items forcefully from the cargo due to which we are losing our client because of shortshipment of cargo. our client are not getting full consignment becoz the custom officer dialy taking the items from our cargo as a result we are losing competition . in todays world when govt is focussing on export augmentation then these officer are increasingly become problem for us. even i have taken photograph of these officer while taking item and putting in their vehicle. they are going to there home with their car full of cargo daily. i have forwarded the complaint to intelligence and vigilance also with photograph and i request the commissioner of customs also to take action . thanks
