Customs Inspector took money to clear house hold goods

I returned from oversees stay after 3 years and had sent used house hold goods by cargo - no electronics stuff - only used clothes, toys, books, some furniture and utensils (all stuff used for more than 3 years). Consignment included 12 cardboard boxes with the articles mentioned above and weighing 150 Kg. I do not remember the name of the official, but there is just 1 inspector (and his boss) who deals with personal cargo inspection at the Airport. He sits on 2nd floor of the cargo complex at Bangalore International Airport. Its easy to catch him (just send a decoy with a genuine passenger who wants to get his house hold cargo cleared) and he will assess the value of goods at a lower rate - purely based on his discretion. The extent of lower valuation done by him, he will demand as bribe. Shame !
