I went to collect License Plate for my new bike and I was denied the permission to collect the license plate. Inspite of requesting several times, he was giving lame reasons that it's time to close the office and you can collect it tomorrow (as I had informed him that I have came from far away place). Ultimately, I had to pay the bribe though fortunately I didn't had enough cash, so he took away whatever cash I had.
