As for the sign of bill of the payment he demands 20000rs...and I belong from a poor family how can I give this much amount...he had also arrested by the vigilence in 2010 while taking bribe of 25000rs in the samastipur and now he is again demanding..so plz help me sir plz take appropriate action against him his name is vinod Kumar vimal posted as a dpo of aurangabad district of Bihar..in the education department.
