I relocated to bangalore from Us.I needed DL and i was referred to a tout who sits in front of kengeri DL office.The man who introduced me to him works in RV college of engg.It is a well run bussiness.The fees was flat 5000 for a two wheeler and a four wheeler.All paper works was done in a day and i got the leraning licence in a week.After a month i appeared in driving test and got the licence.He was suppose to give me driving classes as part of the fees charged and i never got one.I did argue much.I got what i needed the DL.I am still feel should i have tried without these middle men,but friends says it would have taken many visits to the office and continuous frustration on each visit.
