Driving schools in trivandrum pay 300 INR per candidate to the RTO officers as bribe.
Each driving school coordinator will pay accordingly to the main agent who will give it to one of the RTO officer or agent.
So if there are 10 schools bringing 5 students for getting driving license -the RTO officers simply share among themselves gets 10*5*300 which is 15000 INR every day.
This 'TIP' helps to ensure none of their students fail the 'Road Test'.
Time of the incident is around the lunch break ( say 1 PM) and location of the incident is MVD, Muttathara.
