I drove back home via dickenson road after having dinner with my wife and daughter. i had one glass of wine. The traffic constable stopped me at dickenson road and had to go through breath test. First of all I was surprised that breath test identified me as drunk as i had only one glass of wine (1 hour back). I said i will pay the fine and take the receipt. The constable said the fine is Rs 5000/- but he will take Rs 2000/- without receipt. Finally had to pay him Rs 500/-
I am sure as per books the fine is not Rs 5000/- and would have been happy to pay actual fine with proper receipt but this is the way it happens in *******
