Egmore Railway Parcel department - Parcelling Bajaj Scooter from chennai Egmore to *******

Yesterday Me and my uncle went to Egmore railway station (Goods Parcel department). I wanted to parcel my scooter and Computer table,Monitor to thirunellvelli. I got two application forms and filled details respectively. To pack my scooter one person he got Rs.200/- from me and in the counter he didnt give me the balance amount. Actual amount is 625/- i gave 650/- but he didnt give the balance. when i asked the balance he just noded his head carelessly. Also, to write down the bill series number in the packed scooter and other items i paid Rs.50/- . The person who has to weigh the items he just enter approximate weight and he didnt write the actuall weight of the item . Only person who didnt get bribe is a Railway police who was entering the bill number in a register book before dispatching. I came to govt parcel service because it is cheaper and economic than private parcel service but now both are almost same. I request you to take necessary action against the person who got extra money from me.
