My birth certificate was nameless as it was given like that in 1994. For applying my passport i needed my birth certificate with my name onto it. I approached the officer and he initially refused to enter my name demanding a letter from my hospital where i was born. But the hospital doesn't exists now. I said him these still he refused to change or guide me to change my name. Later on his assistant guided me to an agent through whom the officer gets his bribe amount. He charged me Rs.10000 and finally i got my name changed at once when i met d officer again after bribing
PS. I don't remember d exact date of bribing but it was close to d first week of july 2012
