Every single clerk had to be paid to get PoA

I had to get PoA and I had to pay every single clerk, peon and sub-tahsildar to get this done. Because I had asked one of my known to help me in this matter they were not directly asking for money. For example, one of them asked me for 500 rs and gave me a receipt of 150 rs. I did not protested because I knew I have to get my work done.
