My car pollution check had expired and as per RTO the fine was Rs.3000, and he let me go with a bribe of Rs 300. I paid it to get away from the pain of going to RTO waiting for paying fine etc.Later I realized that the fine is only Rs 1000/-. May be I was selfish to pay a bribe to save Rs 3000/-
