A false cross FIR was registered against me by the help of a investigation officer who was chauki incharge of south malaka, allahabad. As I was driving my autogear scooter and one goon who was driving rashly his ecosport hit my vehicle, I opposed to him so he started abusing and thrashing me and he took out 3500 ₹ from my upper pocket saying that he will get his car dainted with this money.
When i went to lodge FIR sub inspector Dharm Raj Singh, rejected to accept my application some how I convinced him. When I returned back to home he called the accused and took bribe from him and lodged the cross FIR against me.
Then on next day he called me and said give me 5000₹ or else i will arrest you and will file the chargesheet against you, i was help less I paid him 5000₹ to save myself.
This so shameful and embarrassing that I feel very bad. He forcefully abused his power, implicated me in this false case.
Later on he was suspended for misbehaving and beating and trying to molest a woman on the street on 09 september, 2014 it was in all the news and still available if one searches on google "cop slap woman in Allahabad"
But I am been harassed and falsely implicate in a false case.
