Famous place to earn "bribe" in pune by Pune Traffic Police.

We asked some people but they said its ahead. We tried to search for the two wheeler parking but all was waste. Finally we parked our bike in front of the wall of Park where it was clearly mentioned that "No Parking". We thought for a while but since we were not able to find the parking zone, we parked there. After 3 hours when we returned as we thought the bikes were taken by pune traffic polic, katraj area. Unfortunately my PUC was also expired. It was waste of time arguing with them as we are aware of the actual fine to be paid for no parking & expired PUC.But the height was pune traffic police site says that as per act MVA - 119/177 fine for parking in no parking area is Rs. 100 & this guy/ lady traffic police took Rs.150/- without any slips. We paid 300/- as bribe. I just want to bring two things in notice.
1> Rajiv ********** Park, Katraj,pune is a famous place, so you obviously you can expect a lot of people with two wheeler there. The walls were it is written " No Parking" kindly also mention how far is the parking for two wheeler.
2> Kindly do not scare people by saying that if they dont have valid PUC they have to pay Rs.1000/-. There is no fine for not carrying or invalid PUC if you submit in next 7 days.
3> Height of everything I paid the bribe on the birthday of Mahatma **********/ ********** bahadur ********** and police took it.
