Well, i initiated the process of getting a passport by applying online. At the time of police verification, I get a call from local LIU lady, who created a scene that how long she has been trying to contact me (as it was all my fault). For police verification, she called me a different place, some 30kms from my home town. As I have done my tenth from Himanchal Pradesh in the year 1999 and presently i am residing in Uttarakhand (since 2002), she said that a police verification will be needed to be done at Palampur (HP), so in order to avoid any trouble all Ii need is to pay her 500/- .
