Recently I sold my flat in Anantapur and the registration was scheduled on 10 jan 2012. When we went to register the flat the sub registrar's cronies suddenly come up with "do you have _____ clearance for your flat". Everyone knows that that ____ was repealed in 2008-09 and does not exist anymore. The guy came up with an option saying 'if you pay Rs. 15000/- then this can be done'.
I was shocked at how openly they are asking for bribe, I had just one day in Anantapur for completing the registration formalities and I had no intention of hanging around those offices...so we paid 15000/- and got the registration done.toooooooooooooo bad T.G.********** ******* ,Sub Registrar ,Anantapur He is very Dangerous Sub *******
