Flat value was around 9 lakhs

• Paid INR 30,000

I had to register a flat whose value is around 9 lakhs and the registrar openly asks to pay 30K for the deal to happen else no registration. Infact he is not hesitant in asking nor he is scared to ask.
Best idea would be why don't Govt fix bribe rates :)
