Forced to pay Bribe for getting Khata Copy

In kundanahalli, our apartment we five individuals approached the BBMP office for applying the khatta certificate. But after applying the two officers in it asked us to pay 4000INR each.
We were told If not the forms will be rejected and will never get the khatta. Hence we were forced to pay the amount.
