Forced to pay a bribe for getting my DL

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 500

I had to give a bribe of Rs. 500 to the Inspector even though I went through all the necessary process. They delayed giving me my DL and I had to frequently visit the RTO office & finally had to Pay Rs. 500 through an agent to get it. This has been a common problem in all RTO's
