Traffic police officers on duty on 6th aug 2012 panipat...they were harrassing people for over speeding challan. They told me that your car was over speeding so u will have to pay a challan of 2000 at panipat...or else give us 1000... After alot of bargaining took 500. We had no option but to give as we were getting late. They had a target to stop every car to take money...strict action should be taken against Such corrupt officers
