Forcefully I was asked to bribe

I was talking over the phone while driving, did not realize. Police caught me and asked me for a fine of Rs. 100/-. I took out Rs. 50/- from one pocket and while searching for another Rs. 50/- the police just vanished with the earlier Rs.50/-. I was searched him, but he was just off from the scene.
