At the Vasai East Highway, At "Chinchoti Police Chowk" the traffic cops regularly stop mostly the helpless truck drivers, and forcefully take their license withod them commiting any offense , and then they fine them mostly a 100-rupees ticket.
i was going through the chinchoti highway when i was stopped and the cop told me to give hand over my license and when i asked him what was the reason, he gave me slang word, so i handed over my license,
then the cop handed the license to the Main RTO officer, and the officer fined me rupees-100 under section 104/177 ( which i tried to find out of what or where this sections come from but yet i have failed to find these 104 and 177) when i paid the ticket, i asked RTO officer what the 104/177 meat he gave me a slang word and explained it was a common 100-rupees fine.
then when i approached the cop who had stopped me first and had taken my license and askedhim of what offense i had commited, then he said that ' I had not worn the seat belt' but when i informed him that 'I had worn then seat belt' so he said my kilinder did not wear the seat-belt, but when i informed that even the kilinder worn the seat-belt then he said "Just give 50-rupees and leave.
When i again approached the RTO officer and told that i had not commited any offence and yet was fined a ticket, then he threatened that "If i don't leave then he will fine a 500-ruppes ticket"
