Fresh licance bribe had to pay

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 900

I was failed in the driving test intentionally, asked for 1000 rs to be passed by broker. I needed the licence as soon as possible so i had to pay them.
I regret it. It was shameful for me.
