When I visited Ruby hospital in agony my twowheeleer because my father was hospitalized. After looking at exorbitant parking rate, I decided to go in the hospital while parking the bike outside hospital.
After coming back from hospital, I saw bike missing from the place where I had parked. Nearby shopkeeper told me that a police van came and took bunch of bikes parked at the space marked at 'non-parking' places. I tried hard to find out where board of no-parking was placed; but couldn't find.
After going to police's place, as usual, police were absent at the depot. There was a chaiwala nearby who asked me which bike you are looking for. After I pointed my bike, he asked me for license and PUC certificate. I wonder, who has given him the authority to check license. But I was eagar to get my bike back, so I showed him license and asked where is Police. He told me if one don't have PUC, then have to pay Rs. 1000 as fine. Finally after negotiation hard, we settled for Rs. 150 without receipt.
