Every month, regardless of irregularity in collecting garbage and terrible and rude attitude of garbage collectors, 1st of every month they demand money.
Reason - They come once in a while, very unevenly, to collect garbage in auto and we dump the garbage to the auto.
I don't understand ,what for I am paying taxes, if i need to pay money to garbage collectors. Garbage collectors here, behave as they are doing a favour by coming once in a while and collecting garbage and beyond everything - demanding money.
