My grandfather died in 1986.to a property transaction i was in need of copy of his death certificate.i applied for that on november2010.i went to taluk office daily but there was no sign of getting the certificate.but when i approached a clerk there he demanded Rs.1500 for 4 copies of certificate.after bargaining he settled for rs.1000/-.within 2 days i got the certificates without much effort.on that time i had no other go as i dont have time to wait for more time
