I paid bribe to RTO so that i need not to visit their office frequently. To visit RTO office it was costing me 1000/= per visit. I have applied for licenses legally and then i passed the test drive. They were asking me to come next time and collect your driving licenses. They told me same thing 3 times that "come next time for licenses collection". They don't pick official telephone. So to avoid more trips to their office i paid 500 to get it on third trip.
