I went to the Faridabad Sec 12 Office where every department have their office. I was not even able to locate where the Motor Vehicles Department is located and no one was willing to help. Once I found it the procedure to obtain a particular kind of file, get the photograph clicked from a particular photographer, getting an affidavit made only from a particular person all was so cumbersome and finally paying the fees.
After spending about a day in getting all those things done since they were at different places in the city and paying extra amount to them finally when the file was ready and submitted a few mistakes were pointed out and asked to fulfill them. It was becoming too much for me and the actual process yet had to begun you know getting the learner license and then the driving license.I asked the office how can we get it done quickly, he plainly asked for Rs 1600, I agreed and within 5 minutes he came back with my Learner license ready and gave me the examination date. He assured that even if I failed in the exam I would get the license which actually happened I failed in the exam and got my license exactly at the date he gave me without any fuss or trouble.
Just one of the many people who gave the person the amount he asked for.
