Mr. Warade purchased the top floor flat with open terrace from shri kariaji. He then went on to renovate the whole flat and enclosed fully the open terrace belonging to the society into his flat and build two more balcony.
This is old building more than 25 years old and he built full additional floor and increased loadbearing on this building. Illegal enclosing of open terrace with full brick wall and plasters.

He build new toilet on open terrace and made it inside. He built full new room nearly 300 sq. ft. On
the open terrace he had municipality staff come to check when building illegally and he paid them bribe.
He covered roadside of building with green net so his construction is not seen.
Thane municipality was reported matter but took no action, thane varta and times of india were also reported but no action.
