This happened to me 5 year ago, My dad wanted to gift a land to my name. So we went to Anekal sub-register office and all transaction went very fast and it all completed in 5hrs even after shelling out high bribe. One of the sad thing which I came across, Is a farmer who left is home 25km by walk to get his KATHE was made to run counter to counter just because he did not had money to pay the bribe and at last they labeled him as MAD man. This very sad to see and even the sub register officer is made aware what is happening and no action taken to help out the farmer. I wish all the blood sucker at the sub register will get the same treatment as what this farmer got.
