I was a bachelor at that time and had no proper address proof on my name to get new gas connection.
My marriage was planned and i had to get LPG connection and i had no choice, I had to go to HP gas agency (Soundarya Agency) new connection by paying 5000 INR to the agency and they gave me the connection with some known/unknown (i am not sure) address of local area. They asked me to change your address after 6 months, so i did.

Actual cost of new connection (i think) will be around 4k but since i didn't have address proof at that time i had to pay 1k extra as a bribe.

Now i have a valid gas connection on my name with valid address proof.

I am very shameful to do this but with no choice and the need i made it.
