Guntur Pattabhipuram CI took bribe from a girls family and supported a rowdy who extorted Rs. 75000

This is bhaskar suffered by a rowdy, corruption in jurisdiction. A girl (Sister-in-law) proposed me for marriage but when her parents denied for marriage after my parents reviled my relationship, a rowdy (Tiyyagura Purna Reddy) beaten, threaten me for death and spoiling career since I didn't fear for the same, he manipulated the girl and her family to lodge a complaint against me and my parents by giving bribe to CI, Guntur Pattabhipuram police station.
This incident took place in Munnangi but Guntur City police lodged a complaint this might be because of that CI is corrupted official person. Since my parents are about to leave to US for my sister delivery I had to pay Rs. 75,000/- to that rowdy for getting this sorted. I don't know why girl did this, feel she might not aware of this.
I reported this incident to Guntur District Collector, DSP, Local SI (Kollipara Police Station), media and tried to lodge a complaint against the rowdy but no one ready to lodge FIR since I am not giving bribe or a girl and police officials involved in this extortion, the same officials threaten me stating they will lodge a case on me under Nirbhaya Act.
My father never had a talk with the girl and she lodge a complaint against my parents, her father beaten me in front of relatives and that rowdy extorted money from my family but no complaint is accepted by SI, DSP or Guntur District Collector.
I told respective CI, I didn't proposed the girl but he supported extortion by the rowdy (Tiyyagura Purna Reddy), this rowdy asked, "If my parents want to go to US for my sister delivery in couple of days then give money to me, otherwise you will not leave India since FIR is lodged against my parents".
I really frustrated by this corrupted system and living alone after loosing support from my family, since they were worried that my career will be spoiled if police lodge a complaint against me under Nirbhaya Act.
