Had to pay 100 rs to the postman to get my registered letter

My driving liscence was sent to me by registered post and it had been 10 days and I hadent got the liscence. When I enquired in the post office I was told that it was already delivered to me at my address and the I had signed the documents while accepting the delivery.
I told them that this was not the case and that I was not delivered my parcell. The post master asked me to talk to the postman 'perosnall' and when I went to that bastard he asked me for 500 rs which I bargained for 100 and got my parcell.
