Had to pay after police verification

Just 30 days ago I had to pay Rs.500 for PCC for passport renewal. This time it is for visa. The same policeman came to my house for verification. After notingdown all details, he called neighbours for witness. They all signed the verification report. After they left, the bargain started. Initially he didn't agree for Rs.500, and threatened to alter the report. After some tussle, and our previous rates, hetook the 500 and left.
