I had parked my car outside the cubbon park entrance opp vittal malya Junction . this traffic constable came and harrased me with my wife and 8 month old infant. He alleged that I had parked my car beyond the park timing and that he will tow away my car . I told him that in case there was a fault he could fine and give me a receipt for the same . this is when he completely lost it and said he would slap 283 and that he insisted I pay 300 RS. When I told him to give me a receipt he started cooking stories of how ppl were inconvenienced by the parking and that the car needed to be towed away. This went on for 30 minutes and by the time my infant was getting cranky and I finally had to relent and pay 300. This constable sits at the traffic Junction right opposite the CCD Junction
